Finding the Heart Shards of Mihoshi Habaki

After Misha finds the blue shard at 6.00 a.m. on 12 Spring, we have a new Main Quest.

Kai remarks: Never thought we'd see Mihoshi Habaki bits rainin' from the sky.  Good thing I didn't find any, 'cause I would've kicked 'em straight back up!'

We must find the four other fragments in the sky.

It is interesting that both Misha's birth Event and this one took place at the Spring Dragon Shrine although I always sleep at the Autumn Dragon Shrine in the season closest to home for Kai.

He still gave me my lunch.  It is Freshwater Fish on a stick..

I give Misha Honey Castella Cake.  It does not show a heart after.  So I gave him Montblanc instead.  He almost reached Level 4 but not quite and told me he liked this.

I asked Hina for a Request.
She requested 2 Seerfish.  As I never found even one, I backed away for now.

Went to Scarecrow Island but realised I wanted to add Clarice to my Party and forge better protection for a couple of people.

Kurama: Such a lovely breeze.  Peehaps venturing outside is worth the trouble.

When I went to Winter Village to ask Zaza to forge, I found Misha there.

Just speaking to him raised him to Level 4 and he said:
'I love you more than ever, Mama Eugenia.'
Misha actually can join my Party now.  He needs far better gear though.  He is a Debuffer at Level 65.  Perhaps I will take him somewhere easy before engaging the four Level 100 bosses.

Kai: Piece of cake!
Kurama: Well, you could have fooled me.  To be honest, I lost count of how many times you nearly met your demise.
Kai: H-HEY!  No commentary outta you!

Kai: See? Crawlin' out of your hole for some freah air ain't half bad.  Feel free to thank me for that anytime, by the way.
Kuama: Hmph.  Perhaps I'll send you flying again instead.

We are at Scarecrow Island agaIn.
We defeat the Big Boss Tanuki.  Most of my Party increases in Level.
There is a Wayside Shrine near the Save Point I never activated.

Divine Tengu Spirit Talisman Recipe
Shuten-doji Recipe
Mirror Shield Recipe

I thought the Mirror Shield would act like the head of Medusa and reflect back the damage the enemy caused. But no.  Just infused with Light power.  I suspect tgat I have the best gear.  Nothing so far is better than what Clarice provided.

Most of my Party are attackers.  No healer apart from me with the Drum.  Misha is a Debuffer.

We go to Eastern Tri-Shell Island where I fibd a Wayside Shrine I never activated near the Save Point.  I now think these are new!

It gives me:
Mark of the White Dragon
This can reduce all damage from ebemy attack to zero but rarely.  You need White Dragon's Fur but I have one of those, 5 Exquisite Talon and 50,000 Gold.

Need to make that as well when I replenish my Gold

I regret spending all my funds generously to supply gear to every one else now.

Now that I compare, these weapons are better than mine.
Well, tomoroow is another day!

It is 4.00 p.m.  i irganise my Inventory at the Coik fire after replenishing the energy I lost, then we go down to fight another Boss.

Usually I hate fighting the Cursed Tree but whatever gear I have now works in my favour.  Long battle to defeat it but never had to eat anything.  I used the Drum on my allies a couple of times but they too lost little.  I went to Level 105 during the fight.

I fought Nine Tails next.  She was Level 107 but I did not lose enwrgy.

Finally went to the fourth Island and found we had to fight the Spectral Warrior.  Annoting because hw runs in circles but I list no Energy
Had to top up my Party with the Sacred Drum that also damaged the enemy.

Time to go home.  Told to meet the Gods at Spring Dragkn Shrine so warped there.

Misha was alone at the table.  He asked if I wished to eat with him.  Kai's place was empty.  I thought he was out boozing, so fuming a little as I dined with my darling son.
In dact, Kai was waiting outside with rhe rest of the gods to hold a meeting.
Kanata will open the entrance to the Forest of Endings.
Meanwhile, I need to journey back to the Old Village to report to those who sent Subaru and I out originally.  I did not even recognise my old home when I went there.

But first, having found the Frog in the Winter area that must be accessed from the Underground area with the Wolf Statue by taking an air vent upward, then climbing a mountain, I went to Croakie as I had activated a total of 190 Frogs.

Now he wants 204.

My contest in Summer today was cancelled!  That was the last requirement for Level 10 in Summer.

I go to the Old Village.  Misha and Kai are with me.

I tell them:  Thank you... I've made up my mind.  I'm taking the heart shards back to where they belong.  For you.  For our children.  For Azuma... I want to give every one of you a bright future.
Kai: Haha.  Figured you'd say that.
Me: ... I'm sorry.
Kai: Ah, well.  You'll go no matter what I say, huh?  Not even an army of oni could convince you to change your mind.  Do whatever feels right.  But don't forget that you're my partner, and my family to boot.  Got it?
Me:  Yes... I know.  Thank you.

I go with my Party that blessedly includes Kai and Misha to the Heavenly Offive and find my way to what used to be locked double doirs.  There now is a swirling white vortex that takes us to the Forest of Endings.

Forest of Endings, Level 1

We explore.  My Party Members increase constantly in their Level but lose little HP or RP.  
I open a Chest that contains STR Magatama IV.
Crit Damage Mafatama IV

I lose a little Energy fighting a Colossal Oni but have made no attempt to evade his hamner.  My Level increses to 114.

My Level increases to 116.  I find a chest benesth a Canopy that contains INT Magatama IV, HP Magatama IV

Adter reaching one of a number of circles of flane abd defeating some piwerful kin of the Cluckadoodles, I see a Frog at the top of a little stairway.
It contains an Airship Replica Recipe.

A little further, I activate the Forest of Endings L1 Midpoint Save Point and save.

A little further and to the right a chest containing RP Magatama IV and MND Magatama IV.

Ahead, we run into a Clashadoodle Lv 120.
Kai: You look even stronger tgan before.  Can't wait to see you reach the top.

A Frog ahead abd to the riggt yields a Divine Wolf Zpirit Talisman Recipe.  Magic Attack 3050.

Those various types of Chickens are vicious.  I underestimate them a little and was careless about prorecting myself.  Still, a nice clutch of eggs to take home 
A chest ahead proved to contain  a Gravel Path and an Exotic Road.  How odd!

Moving fireard carelessly, we are ambushed by Zoh and Megog or wgatever those dredfuk Underworld twin guards are named.  Their levels enormously inflated, the fight is long.  Part of the problem is that they are so huge, theu blit out the light.
We go forward to the final Frog who gives Exotic Storehouse Recipe.
I activate the Forest of Endings 1 Endpoint Save Point and save.  Time to go home.  It is after 10.  We missed our family dinner but achieved much today.
It is the 13th of Summer, 2nd Year.

How the Fateweaver Shrine Fates work in Guardians of Azuma

I read descriptions about this.  I read opinions of players who had different reasons for wanting or not wanting to do it. I am the sort of player who has back up files.  I saved a file at the point of planting the Plum Sapling where every eligible candidate was at Level 10, had gone through all Bonding Events and would accept my proposal if I made one. I went forward from there and married Kai, and had two children with him.  At this point, the game was given an update with new rewards and ability to increase Bond Levels.  In the file where I was married to Kai, I raised every character with a Profile to Level 12 to obtain a Life-sized Cut Out Recipe.
